PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

  • 4.3. The User expresses their consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data (first name, last name, and delivery address) to the territory of foreign states solely for the purpose of international delivery of the ordered Goods by postal or courier services.
5. Data Protection and Storage
5.1. The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.
5.2. Personal data are stored on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except when non-automated processing is necessary due to statutory requirements.
6. User Rights
